The Ok Tedi Consolidation Project

Ok Tedi Mining Ltd (OTML) is a large-scale producer of copper concentrate in Papua New Guinea. The company, based in PNG, operates the Ok Tedi mine located in the remote Star Mountains or Western Province. Its shareholders include the Broken Hill Proprietary Company Ltd (BHP – the Big Australian) and the Independent State of Papua New Guinea. Ok Tedi Mining Ltd operates the mine with management services from BHP.

BHP (PNG) commissioned NiuMedia Pacific to consolidate the legislation and agreements relating to the Ok Tedi mining project.
